2. Product and supplement information

Information about Unicity and Feel Great products is provided to describe the products, ingredients and use. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice or diagnosis. Dietary supplements displayed on the site are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease. Follow the directions and warnings on the original product packaging.

3. Product information

We aim to present product names, quantities, flavors, images and information clearly and accurately. Packaging or manufacturer-provided details may be updated from time to time. Always refer to the original product label for the latest ingredients, nutrition facts, warnings and directions.

4. Prices and shipping charges

Product prices are shown on the product page and the order total, shipping and any applicable additional charges are shown before purchase confirmation. The current standard UAE shipping charge is AED 31, unless a different rate or promotion is displayed at checkout.

5. Orders and acceptance

An order confirmation may acknowledge receipt of the order information. Orders can still be reviewed for stock availability, payment details and delivery information before preparation and shipment. If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact the customer when necessary and refund amounts due if payment was collected.

6. Payment

Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Electronic payments are processed by the payment service providers used by the store. Feel Great UAE does not store complete payment-card details directly on the site servers.

7. Shipping and delivery

We currently ship within the United Arab Emirates. Delivery timeframes, charges and procedures are set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

8. Cancellations, exchanges and returns

Requests are handled under our Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy. Store policies do not remove mandatory consumer rights under applicable UAE law.

9. Opened or used products

Because of the nature of the products, items that have been opened, used, or had their protective seal or wrap removed may not qualify for a change-of-mind return. This does not prevent legal rights relating to defective, damaged or non-conforming products.

10. Intellectual property

Original website content and design elements owned or licensed by the store are protected by applicable law. Unicity, Feel Great and related product names and logos belong to their respective rights holders; displaying them on the store does not transfer ownership to Feel Great UAE.

11. Proper product use

Customers are responsible for following the storage, usage and warning instructions on the original product label. Nothing in these Terms excludes consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

12. Website availability

We aim to keep the site available and stable, although maintenance, updates or technical issues outside our control may occasionally occur.

13. Privacy

Personal data collected through the site and orders is handled under our Privacy Policy.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates. If you have a complaint or dispute relating to an order or product, we encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve it. This does not affect your right to contact the competent authorities or courts.

15. Updates

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the store, policies or applicable requirements. The current version is published on this page. Orders already placed are handled under the terms and policies applicable at the time of ordering unless law requires otherwise.
