How to Use Feel Great: Prepare Unimate and Balance
Simple preparation, clear directions
Make your first Unimate or Balance drink with the right amount of water. This guide explains preparation and the checks to make before adding either product to your routine.
Prepare Unimate
- Check the directions on your chosen flavor.
- For the documented Lemon version, add one sachet to 500–700 mL of hot or cold water.
- Stir or shake until mixed, using a container suitable for the water temperature.
- Follow the daily serving limit on your pack.
Unimate is a concentrated yerba mate drink and naturally contains caffeine. Sachet weights vary across versions; do not choose a water ratio from a different market’s label. See Unimate flavors and product details.
Prepare Balance
- Pour 240–300 mL of water into a cup or suitable mixing bottle, according to your label.
- Add one sachet and mix vigorously.
- Drink immediately after mixing, before or with a meal as directed on the pack.
Do not eat the powder dry or reduce the water below the recommended amount. Balance is not suitable if you have difficulty swallowing. Read the Balance product details.
Do I have to follow a fasting schedule?
Unicity presents Feel Great alongside time-based eating. Buying a bundle does not mean that a fixed fasting schedule is appropriate for you. Follow product directions, and seek qualified advice before changing meal timing if you take medication or have a medical condition.
Check before you start
Unimate is intended for adults and is not recommended for children, pregnant or nursing women, or people sensitive to caffeine. Consider your caffeine intake from other drinks. If pregnant or nursing, seek medical advice before using Balance. Read the complete ingredients and allergen information on both packs.
Calculate the quantity you need
Days of supply = sachets in the box ÷ daily servings. Calculate each product separately: a box of 30 sachets lasts 30 days at one sachet daily or 15 days at two sachets daily. This is a quantity example, not a personal serving recommendation.
Use the label on the exact pack you receive as the reference for ingredients, allergens, sachet size, directions and warnings. Dietary supplements are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease.
