Delivery area<\/h2><p>We currently deliver <strong>to the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman<\/strong>. Please provide an accurate delivery address and phone number at checkout to help avoid delays.<\/p>\n<h2>2. Shipping fee<\/h2><p>The current standard shipping fee within the UAE is <strong>AED 25 per order<\/strong>. Free UAE shipping is available for orders of AED 1,000 or more, after applicable discounts. Standard shipping to Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman is AED 90. Any applicable tax is calculated at checkout. The applicable shipping charge is displayed before you confirm the order. No separate packing or handling charge is added beyond the amounts shown at checkout. Any shipping promotion or discount will be shown before payment.<\/p>\n<h2>3. Order processing<\/h2><p>Orders are normally prepared within <strong>1\u20132 business days<\/strong>. Exceptional periods such as promotions, unusually high order volumes or the need to verify order details may require additional time.<\/p>\n<h2>4. Estimated delivery time<\/h2><p>After preparation and handover to the courier, estimated delivery is normally:<\/p><ul><li><strong>Main cities and areas:<\/strong> 2\u20135 business days.<\/li><li><strong>Other UAE areas:<\/strong> delivery may take up to 7 business days.<\/li><li><strong>Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman:<\/strong> normally 5\u201310 business days after processing<\/li><\/ul><p>These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. For cross-border deliveries outside the UAE, local customs charges, taxes or clearance requirements may apply. Courier workload, public holidays, operational conditions and access to particular areas can affect delivery.<\/p>\n<h2>5. Tracking<\/h2><p>Where tracking is available, shipment details may be sent by SMS, email or the courier\u2019s notification service. Use the tracking number to view the latest shipment status.<\/p>\n<h2>6. Changing delivery details<\/h2><p>If you need to change a phone number or delivery address, contact us as soon as possible and before handover to the courier. Once a shipment has been issued or is out for delivery, changes may not be possible and may involve rescheduling or courier charges.<\/p>\n<h2>7. Cancelling before delivery<\/h2><ul><li><strong>Before preparation\/shipment:<\/strong> cancellation can be requested without shipping costs that have not been incurred.<\/li><li><strong>After shipment preparation or waybill creation:<\/strong> actual shipping costs already incurred may be deducted from the refund.<\/li><li><strong>After the parcel is out for delivery:<\/strong> refusing delivery or cancelling may result in actual outbound and return shipping costs, depending on the case and courier charges.<\/li><\/ul>\n<h2>8. Delivery information<\/h2><p>The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information, including name, phone number, emirate, area and detailed address. If delivery fails because the supplied information is incorrect or incomplete and the parcel is returned, a new shipping charge may apply if redelivery is requested.<\/p>\n<h2>9. Failed delivery<\/h2><p>The courier may contact you before or during delivery. If delivery cannot be completed because there is no response, the customer is unavailable or the address is inaccurate, the shipment may be returned to a distribution centre or to the store in accordance with courier procedures.<\/p>\n<h2>10. Damaged or incomplete shipments<\/h2><p>Check the parcel when it arrives. For visible shipping damage, missing items or a problem with the contents, photograph the parcel and product and contact us promptly. We recommend notifying us within <strong>24 hours of receipt<\/strong> for visible transit damage so we can follow up quickly with the courier. This recommendation does not limit mandatory consumer rights under applicable UAE law.<\/p>\n<h2>11.
